GENERAL
- Operate Plant Work Process: Owner of Production Area Capacity
- Operate Plant Work Process: Operate Facility Expert
- Asset Utilization Work Process: Operate Facility Expert
- Improve Equipment Reliability Work Process: Operate Facility Expert

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science or relevant discipline
- At least 2 years relevant manufacturing working experience in Polymer and/or Fiber Manufacturing Process with knowledge in process equipment operation and maintenance
- Fluent in both written and spoken English
- Familiar with basic statistic tool & analysis

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand and Communicate Current Capability
- Area owner for SDT/THG performance and quality, operations supply cost
- Daily Support to Production Area
- Ensure that data in the AU Database is accurate and always up to date
- Provide Operations technical expertise to optimize the unit Predictive and Preventive Maintenance plan

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES (Optional)
- Define current capability of production area using Operations Excellence criteria
- Identify constraints and possible paths to alleviate
- Communicate current capability to business line based on production plan and equipment status
- Participate in plans to improve current capability
- Provide day to day support in production area
- Provide technical expertise in the daily operations of the unit to assist operators in resolving performance gaps vs. production plan
- Provide facilitative leadership to the Operators in problem resolution using simplified RCA
- Analyze and ensure proper allocation of production losses into the section, equipment discipline and lost production categories
- Work with Maintain Facility Expert and Operations Maintenance Gatekeeper to prioritize the listing of both acute and chronic items that meet the RCA Hurdle Rate
- Continually monitor the quality of RCA investigations at all three levels; A, B & C, as well as implementation of corrective actions from these
