Global Leading US Chemical Plant

Responsibilities:

Lead and guide the Maintenance Function in preparing /supporting the Project's Day 1 readiness which will be led by the Operations Manager

Training system /records & skills certification

Maintenance Procedures including calibration of instrument / analyzers and interlock testing

Setting up MRO Store, SAP system, E&I and Mechanical workshops, contractor fabrication yard etc

Plan, organize and direct the resources of Maintenance function to support the plant's commissioning activities, and thereafter routine operations of the plant

Develop and implement maintenance strategies and work processes aligned with site's manufacturing strategies & objectives

Provide leadership to the maintenance team in:

1)Day to day maintenance

2)TA Planning & execution

3)Be responsible for Maintenance function's productivity , efficiency & costs

4)Implementing reliability programs by working closely with Ops and Reliability groups

Monitor and continuously improve maintenance performance KPI's to achieve the plant's availability and reliability goals

Work to achieve targets as set in the annual site P.O while meeting 10,000% compliance and through a MBM cultured organization

Attract, retain & develop diverse groups of talents consistent with our values / beliefs and MBM principles and continue to upgrade the talent pool, thereby building an organizational culture consistent with MBM principles


Requirements:

Strong interpersonal and communication

Ability to interact with all levels of the organization and lead multi-disciplinary teams with strong leadership skills, as well as hand-on and team player

An engineering degree holder with at least 12 years working experience in maintenance / reliability in a chemical plant or oil refinery , of which at least 5 years were supervising roles in maintenance / reliability
