GENERAL

- Drive spinning & polymer operations in the areas of Compliance, EH&S, Reliability, Production, Quality, Yield, Cost Effectiveness

- Team Development

QUALIFICATIONS

- University degree and above with major in polymer/ fiber /chemical engineering or related

- At least 5 years' working experience in polymer/fiber/chemical industry. Minimum of 2 years operations management experience required

- Strong team management skills, demonstrated success in managing people and in cross functional cooperation

- Excellent communication ability and use of facilitation skills to align operations to business objectives

- Good command of English both in writing and speaking

RESPONSIBILITIES

- He/she will drive spinning & polymer operations in the areas of Compliance, EH&S, Reliability, Production, Quality, Yield, Cost Effectiveness

- He/she will ensure all statutory and company compliance and EH&S standards are recognized and maintained

- He/she will continually improve product quality and provide quality products that meet or exceed our customers' expectations

- He/she will control the fixed cost at competitive position

- He/she will continually improve organization effectiveness, responsible for developing operations team, prioritizing and selecting projects to resolve production issues and to improve operations

- Spinning & Polymer area owner, shift leaders, Warehouse leader will be reporting to him/her
