The Role & Key Responsibilities:

- Provide quality training to support the sales team achieving the sales objective.
- Work with Sales & Marketing team to ensure the successful new product launch training.
- Plan on the annual training programmes to dealers.
- Get align with training programs.
- Constant communication with dealers about the training needs.
- Monitor measure and improve the training effectiveness.
- Regular training feedbacks to dealers/sales team/Brand General Manager.
- Regular communication with global training team to ensure the smooth running of global LMS system.
- Capable of delivering the Brand, Product, Basic Sales Skills training.
- Capable of developing & designing training courses to meet the requirements.
- Effectively cost control to deliver the training programs.

Skills, Experience and Qualifications Required:

- Bachelor degree (MBA or equivalent work experience preferred)
- Minimum 5 years in automotive industry (Better to have sales experience).
- Must have 1 year training management experience. (Training Manager's role is preferred)
- Knowledge of basic automobile technology, retail sales, customer handling.
- Better to have experience in premium retail operations.
- Good understanding of China auto dealer environments.
- A customer-focussed mindset.
- Strong systematically thinking about the brand training structure.
- Self motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
- Good English language skills, written and spoken.
- Available for frequent domestic & international travel, including overnight stays.
- Having experience with LMS system.
- Sound PC skills, with good working knowledge of MS Office applications.
- Good presentation skills.
- Driver's license is a must.
