The role

Working in our Analog Design team in Beijing, you will be responsible for involving all aspects of analog design and verification on next generation power management chips.

? Define power management system architecture and conduct system stability analysis
? Design and verify analog IC design on popular power processes by using different kinds of design tools
? Understand and verify any new manufacture processes/flows
? Work with system/marketing teams to develop analog architecture for new project and convert marking/system requirements to analog design specifications
? Work with digital design team on analog - digital interface definition and top-level verification
? Work with back-end designers to correctly implement analog designs to layout and conduct post-layout simulation
? Work with AE/ATE testing engineers at laboratory for chip debugging, testing and support customers where necessary
? Write block level design specifications according to chip specifications and block level design guide
? Ensure owned design to satisfy the chip specifications through checklist and simulation result in design review

What we are looking for

? Master/Doctorate Degree of Science in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent courses
? At least 5+ years’ analog IC design experience, and at least 3+ years in power management field
? Sound experience in analog architecture, stability analysis and methodologies of ACDC power system
? Familiar with EDAS tools for analog design
? Solid knowledge in popular power process (i.e. UMC, TSMC, CSMC)
? Proven experience in ACDC is preferred
? Analog chip production experience is an advantage
? Good analog circuit design, analysis and debugging skills
? Good documentation skills
? Proficiency in written English
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivated and ability to work in a team
