职位描述
JOB PURPOSE
To be essentially supporting business development activities and operational investments including Acquisition, JV, Collaboration, Capital Expenditure, as well as in providing vital business analyses to underpin the commercial insights which could facilitate management in gauging business trends and for making business or strategic decisions.
MAIN DUTIES
- To interpret internal and external business, economic, political data/environment/conditions and highlight key aspects for C&E Management.
- To develop, analyze and consolidate multiple entity financial reports and data.
- Assist in composing the monthly narratives, outlining the key financial performance trends, strategic plan of the business situation/outlook plus highlighting market conditions affecting Asia or the company as a whole.
- Support business development activities and operational investments such as Acquisition, JV, Collaboration, and Capex etc. Ensuring reasonable assessment of the financial aspects.
- Will participate in the Mergers and Acquisition Team and perform Financial DD activities/analysis/reports etc. to aid the growth aspirations of the business.
- Assist CFO Asia Pacific in the Budgeting, Forecasting and Analysis.
- Perform other work as required and assigned by CFO Asia Pacific.
SUPERVISORY
- To mentor and guide direct and indirect reports to enable them to succeed in their objectives.
RELATIONS
- The role will report to CFO Asia Pacific.
- Will work closely with colleagues in the Group HQ and Country Finance Managers in the Region.
- Will work alongside with and support President - Asia Pacific Region, Commercial & Electrical Division and his leadership team and provide expertise with strategic planning and develop financial models to support the strategic plans of the business.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Qualified accountant or MBA in Global Economics, Finance, or Business with a financial focus.
- 10 + years in elevated financial roles within a global organization.
- Experience with a multi-national corporation in an expanding service industry is a plus.
