Job Summary:
- The Corporate Communication Manager is responsible for maintaining the two ways communications between the company and the public; provide the consultancy service to the management promote the corporate image of our company
- To Build up and maintain the opinion leadership of our company in China
- To have strategic planning of communication concepts in terms of corporate image /brand image /product promotion communication
- To ensure the two-ways communications between the company and the public for tracking the business environment of the company in China
- To establish and run the public relations operation of our company internally and externally

Principal Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic planning of communication concepts in terms of corporate image /brand image /Top management Positioning
- Maintain the two ways communications between our company and the public to build and maintain the leading position in the public opinion of our corporate brand
- Work closely with Global PR teams to co-ordinate PR synergies and best practice in China
- Provide professional consultancy to the top management regarding the corporate image and social environment on our business
- Act as an "Editorial Professionals" for all forms of internal and external communication with stakeholders to ensure consistency and tone of message
- Liaison with Global PR and China top management to ensure content and tonality of both internal and external messages reflects company China's policy
- Strengthen and develop internal communications to act as a motivator

Job Specifications:
- College graduate with a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with a Master's degree
- At least 8 years of related experience including management of a Communications Department
Competencies/Abilities:
- Broad knowledge and experience in business management related to marketing and advertising Programs
- Knowledge of public affairs programs and background in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to manage people and communicate well with all levels of management
- Ability to integrate communications programs within all areas of the business and knowledge of present techniques for employee communications
