职位描述

Responsibilities:


Organizational Development:
Advises the company Management Team about the company and HR issues in order to promote and develop a motivated team
Develops and maintains effective succession plans to ensure company's operation and growth are supported by adequate talents


Employee Communication:
Defines, recommends and implements employee communication strategies, plans, policies and guidelines in accordance with company's business objectives, in order to sustain company's culture and enhance employees' engagement
Creates, sustains and develops a partnership with Unions and Workforce


Compensation & Benefits:
Implements and improves company's Compensation & Benefits policies and procedures, in order to ensure fairness and competitiveness.


Recruitment:
Develops hiring plan based on the company's Standard Staffing Model and Profit Plan, implements and improves recruitment policies and procedures, supports key positions' hiring and each year's campus recruitment campaign, in order to ensure a proper manning and overall recruitment effectiveness.


Training & Development:
Analyzes, defines, promotes, implements and controls the training and development policies for the company, in order to adapt the competencies to its needs.
Develops, improves and implements various people development tools to motivate employees by defining their development and career path.


Legal Compliance:
Advises, analyzes, coordinates prevailing legislation and defines policy, in order to ensure image, vitality and continuity of the company.


HRIS/Reporting:
Monitors the standard HR indicators as defined by the company.
Maintains all personnel files and records, updates HR IT system and all headcount reports.


University Relations:
Maintains and develops university /technical school relationship through various campus programs, in order to strengthen Company's employer brand and ensure a strong campus talent pool.


Vendor Management:
Assesses and selects HR vendors and products, negotiates for best price, and manages the relationship
Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
Ensures that HR department is adequately and efficiently staffed in accordance with company's business strategies.
Be responsible for department budgeting and ensures that actual cost is under control


Continuous Improvement:
Improves HR competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes


People Development:
Supports HR Staff development by offering proper training, coaching and job rotation opportunities; ensures that Performance Review, Succession Planning and other HR programs are implemented

Competency Requirements:


Bachelor's Degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business or related field preferred
8 +years work experience in HR related functions, with 3 year in management role, experience in manufacturing environment is a must, automotive industry preferred.
State/Local labor laws & regulations.
Computer operations, e.g. MS Office.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Fluent English & Fluent Chinese
