Job Title: (Senior) C&B Manager
Reporting Line: CEO
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the development and implementation of C&B system.
2. Conduct job evaluation and salary surveys, establishes compensation structures, develops salary budgets and prepares policies and procedures to insure the achievement of equitable and competitive employee compensation.
3. Assist to design and implement performance management system.
4. Develop and implement the Foreigner Tax Planning.
5. Conduct market C&B research and trend analysis, and maintain internal balance by providing guideline and counseling to ensure competitive C&B package to attract, motive and retain qualified people.
6. Support on personnel cost budget proposal, monitoring, controlling and analyzing.
7. Regularly review and update C&B policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
8. Participate in site HR initiatives as Project Team Leader or member.
9. Ensure all transactional C&B matters are managed in an accurate and efficient manner.
10. Provide C&B and Performance training to first line manager and assist each department to achieve the performance appraisal.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, MBA preferred.
2. 12 years working experience in MNC, and 8 years in C&B management.
3. Familiar with local labor legislation and market practice.
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills required.
5. Strong people management and development skills.
6. Fluent English both verbal and writing and a good command of computer skills.
7. Ability to collaborate across boundaries, disciplines, and cultures, especially in an evolving matrix environment.
