Job Description
Position Summary:
This position is the key role to take care of Harman’s key customer in China Market to support various customers (Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Service, Public Relations, Quality and Engineering departments in several customers) in a variety of sales duties in China. Create and maintain excellent customer relationships. Capture and define new business opportunities. Strategize regional business optimization along with Global Account strategy.

Supervisory Responsibilities:
This position does not have any direct or indirect reports.

Job Responsibilities:
? With Purchasing:
Including contract review, SAP price maintains, customer PO review and processing, define and capture new business opportunities, coordinate RFQ review and internal Gate reviews to summarize cost and timing information, prepare quote response upon approval from Account Manager, negotiate price and reduction plan, service quote, packaging/logistic change quote, tooling quote and collection. Prepare QAF
Align all activities with central BU Account Manager
? With Marketing/PR/Sales:
Drives Harman Infotainment Commercial Strategic Roadmap into Customer Product Planning
Provide customer vehicle and technology roadmap
Support Auto Show, Press Events, Car Launches, Co brand promotions, dealer training activities to build strong brand partnership
Work together with Harman Infotainment, Lifestyle, and Pro Marketing team to promo brand value and awareness within the OEM
Work with Customer Product Planning to increase penetration rate
? With Engineering:
Capture and define customer technology roadmap thus new business opportunities. Work together with Resident Engineering on supporting engineering development, design change investigation, present ECP, follow through EWO approval and track PO/Payments. Drive customer engineering design to optimize Harman technical and commercial outcome.

? With customer functional departments:
Be the effective single point of contact to maintain timely response and maintain customer satisfaction
? With internal functional departments:
Work across functional (BU, finance, program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistic) areas to gather cost and product information to quote new programs accurately and on-time.
Support customer requests by working with internal functional departments

Basic Qualifications:.
? Bachelor’s degree in related field
? 5+ years of automotive industry sales experience
? Additional experience in the field of marketing desired
? Automotive and related industry working experience is required
? Experience in Great Wall and Geely is a plus.
? Technical background is also an advantage

? Willingness to travel ~30% of the time to visit customers
