Attention to the client, the ability to lead a team, plus keen organizational and commercial sensitivity is required in this position.

Strategic vision, analytical intelligence, innovative thinking, effective multi-tasking ability and pro-activity are all required to deliver to the clients.


Experience & Certification

A minimum of 7 years with solid service management and direct client facingexperience.

A sound background in a MNC environment involving service level agreements and IT team management will be highly regarded. Although certification in the following areas is appreciated, experience will be just as important.

□ ITIL Foundation Certified
□ Cisco Certification
□ Degree in Business Management (preferred although not essential, market experience will be highly regarded)
