职位概述：
1、利用内外部资源（包括但不限于系统、人员、第三方支持、数据和流程等），建立并执行有效的催收策略，降低零售信贷产品的违约损失；
2、在约定的资源基础上，对坏账损失进行预测；
3、管理催收团队和资产回收团队。
主要职责：
1、领带部门进行催收策略、政策和流程的构建、维护和执行；
2、对催收团队进行管理和培训，确保团队成员具备充分的能力和工具完成日常工作任务；
3、进行流程设计和优化，确保催收效率和成本控制；
4、开发催收系统，管理内部及外部催收行为；
5、对产品和审批团队进行定期反馈，从源头降低风险；
6、对外部催收机构、律所及资产管理公司进行维护和管理。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、至少10年大型银行或消费金融公司零售或对公信贷业务经验；
3、在催收、资产回收或处置领域有至少5年以上工作经验；
4、有大型零售信贷催收中心管理经验的可优先考虑；
5、有资产回收经验的可优先考虑；
6、具备优秀的判断能力、沟通能力、分析和解决问题的能力；
7、有可被证实的人员管理记录。



Key responsibility:
1.Lead the department to participate in formulation, maintenance and execution of collection strategies, policies and procedures.
2.People management of collector team. Training and coaching to ensure there are sufficient and proper resources to perform the day-to-day tasks.
3.Process design to ensure cost/collection efficiencies.
4.Develop collection systems to manage both internal and external collection activities.
5.Timely feedback information to product and underwriting units of collection trends to mitigate risks at the front end.
6.Manage external collection vendors, legal firms and asset management companies.

Selection Criteria:
1.College or University degree
2.At least 10 years of experience in retail or corporate lending in large banks or consumer finance companies.
3.At least 5 years of experience in collection, recovery or asset management area.
4.Experienced in managing large volume credit card or retail product collection center preferred.
5.Experience in asset recovery preferred.
6.Good communication skills
7.Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
8.Proven people management track record
