Responsibilities/ Authorities工作职责权限:
1.Working out the annual work and budget plan for IT dept.
2.Monitor and report on the overall productivity and efficiency of the organization's IT function to the management.
3.Take charge of on-site IT support and daily IT infrastructure operations and maintenance; provide technical and project leadership on IT infrastructure design and implementation.
4.Cooperate with regional and central group IT team to utilize centrally provided systems and increase efficiency in customization and maintenance of the IT infrastructure.
5.Promote IT related projects for continuous improvement with focus on work efficiency as well as cost.
6.Develop the IT infrastructure (hardware and software) to fit the changing needs of all functions in the China Design Center.
7.Implement IT services to address business needs.

Qualifications任职资格:
1.Bachelor or above, major in computer science or related
2.At least 2 years working experience in an IT function
3.Strong knowledge in IT Security
4.Experience in Lotus Notes, SAP, Eflow, is a plus
5.Technical communication skill and technical documentation writing is a plus
