Summary of Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Develop strong communication networks and relationship with end users.

2. Collect the information of end users and visit new customers to understand the demand of customer to develop sales opportunities and mid-long term relationship with end users.

3. Arrange and participate field work. (measuring/assessing fields, night lighting test, trouble shooting for lighting system)

4. Use the tools available to present Musco's products and service and pass value to customer that best suit the customers' need.

5. Ensure that pertinent project information and documentation is maintained and up to date.

6. Communication regularly with Musco field service team and sales team to monitor needs/concerns within the territory and for allocation of resource.

7. Participate in cooperate meeting/conference calls as necessary.



Qualifications / Requirements:

1. College degree in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering and a minimum of one to three years previous service or sales experience.

2. Good ability of problem-solving, trouble shooting for the lighting system.

3. Have sales sense. Strong people skills and communication skills.

4. Basic computer skills such as Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint and Word.

5. Self-motivated, assertive individual, who can thrive in a fast paced environment.

6. Ability to handle multiple projects effectively.

7. Must be able to work well in a team environment.

8. Travel and some night work required.

9. Need have driver lisence.
