Key Responsibilities:

- Communicate between HK headquarterand China and develop visual merchandising concepts including in-store display and window display
- Lead and execute seasonal display, theme design and props-setting in retail shops
- Ensure corporate image and standards are maintained consistently and properly
- Manage the production work of VM materials and negotiate with vendor to control the cost.
- Assist in executing events & promotion projects
- Lead and develop VM team member for growth in terms of competence
- Provide market feedback regularly to head office of luxury intelligence in terms of event /exhibition concepts.

Desired Skills and Experience

- Degree or diploma holder in Visual Merchandising, Art & Design or other design related discipline
- 5 to 10 years relevant experience in luxury fashion retail industry
- Creative with good design sense and insight of fashion trends
- A self-motivated team-player with good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work under a diverse environment
- Able to lead a country VM team
- Good skill in coaching, organization, negotiation and delegation.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
