- For our Process Industries and Drives Division in SHANGHAI,we are looking for a (SFAE) Commercial Officer & 商务专员.

What are my responsibilities?

- Bidding/Contract Negotiation Support;

- Risk management / Order Calculation & Pricing / Project booking;

- Cost control/EAC & Backlog Report / Payment collection;

- Project reporting and analysis;

- Billing / project close / filing

What do I need to qualify for this job?

Knowledge:

- Good knowledge of Contract Law, Import & Export knowledge, financial, logistic and relevant knowledge, excellent contract negotiation skills;

- Good knowledge of financial control and process optimization;

- Good knowledge of commercial and order management;

- Project management; communication and problem solving skills;

- With SAP knowledge and experience;

- Foreign Trade Custom and practice;

Experience:

- 5+ years working experience;

- 3+ years project/bidding support/controlling/reporting experience;

- 3+ years’ working experiences in multinational company.

Education and Language:

- Education: Bachelor degree or above, major in finance, business administration, foreign trade, electrical automation or other related subjects;

- Language: Excellent English both in writing and speaking
