职位描述
岗位职责：
1、负责贯彻落实公司营销策略、政策和计划；
2、负责制订本区域市场开拓、新产品推广计划，并组织实施与效果评估；
3、负责对行业市场的目标客户进行攻关，并协助经销商进行市场开拓；
4、负责收集、分析、整理、归档客户需求、竞争对手等市场信息；
5、负责经销商和客户的业务接洽、咨询及关系维护；
6、负责销售计划的分解、落实，并进行跟踪与评估；
7、完成公司制定的销售任务；
8、负责正常类、关注类和可疑不良类应收账款的催收，并协助做好呆帐催收工作；
9、负责经销商和客户的资料和档案管理。
任职要求：
1、有直接客户销售经验和代理商开发管理经验；
2、善于分析、捕捉市场机会；
3、具有开拓创新精神和团队合作意识；
4、有仪器仪表、建材销售经验，能适应长期出差；
5、性格外向，语言表达能力及应变能力强。
