职位描述
职位概述：
1、为线上及线下零售信贷业务设计和实施反欺诈策略；
2、负责零售信贷业务的欺诈预防、甄别和排除；
3、负责管理零售信贷业务的反欺诈团队。
主要职责：
1、带领团队进行反欺诈政策、流程的制定、维护和实施；
2、探索和调整内外部数据、工具等其他信息来源，用于设计全流程反欺诈手段；
3、对反欺诈团队（包括欺诈甄别及欺诈调查员）进行管理和培训，确保团队成员具备充分的能力和工具完成日常工作任务；
4、进行流程设计和优化，确保成本控制和收益最大化；
5、同产品、政策、催收、反欺诈和渠道团队密切合作，判断近期欺诈趋势以及对应反欺诈手段。
任职要求：
1、大学本科及以上学历；
2、至少10年以上零售或对公银行信贷业务或消费金融公司业务经验；
3、至少5年以上反欺诈相关领域工作经验；
4、有线上反欺诈经验的可优先考虑；
5、金融犯罪调查或有相关律所背景可优先考虑；
6、在大型零售信贷反欺诈中心有管理经验的可优先考虑；
7、有资产处置经验的可优先考虑；
8、具备优秀的判断力、沟通能力、分析和解决问题的能力；
Score of Role:
？ Design and execute anti-fraud strategies of the retail lending business, for both online and offline channels.
？ Responsible for fraud prevention, detection and deterrence for the retial lending business.
？ Manage anti-fraud team for retail lending business unit.
Key responsibility:
？ Lead the department to participate in formulation, maintenance and execution of anti-fraud policies and process.
？ Explore and leverage internal and external data, tools, and other information sources to design E2E anti-fraud measures.
？ People management of antifraud team, including detection and investigation staff. Training and coaching to ensure there are sufficient and proper resources to perform the day-to-day tasks.
？ Process design to ensure cost/benefit efficiencies.
？ Work closely with product, policy, collection, anti-fraud and channel teams in determine latest fraud trends and their anti-measures.
Selection Criteria:
？ College or University degree
？ At least 10 years of experience in retail or corporate lending in large banks or consumer finance companies.
？ At least 5 years of experience in anti-fraud related areas.
？ Online anti-fraud experiences are highly preferred
？ Financial Crime or Law and Enforcement background preferred.
？ Experienced in managing large volume credit card or retail product anti-fraud center preferred.
？ Experience in asset recovery preferred.
？ Good communication skills
？ Good analytical, problem solving and decision making skills
？ People managementexperience a plus but not required.
