Accountabilities:

· Working closely with commercial team to understand demand requirements and supply availability with monthly processing plan.

· Fully understand site production line flexibility and production capacity constraints, labour constraints, well communicate with processing manager and supervisors, and work out monthly processing plan, monitor the execution of the processing order.

· Communicate with site processing team and quality team timely and adjust weekly processing plan by leading the weekly processing plan meeting in the case of changes to demand/supply variables.

· Coordinate the seeds receiving discussion with commercial team/ filed production /processing for seeds with abnormal quality. Make the processing plan for poor quality seeds improving

· Alarm risks; to lead the communication and coordination cross function (site people, supply team, commercial) to handle supply issues independently.

· Closely monitor raw material and finish goods moving activities, arrange the germination updated test for FG both in site and platform, work with entire planning team to achieve inventory target.

· Make the purchasing plan for packing materials based on SF and inventory out of system.

· Refresh sales orders in both Foundation and platform’s system every day, pick the finish goods batch for each sales order and then place to Warehouse and Logistic distribution for goods issue and delivery

· Communicate and coordinate with commercial about supply of the seeds with quality issues

· Coordinate with sales and processing to meet customer’s orders which are urgent or out of sales forecast in an effective approach

· Organize and arrange all the samples seeds (from sales and marketing) packing and delivery to requester

· Create the PO in platform’s system and make the plan for the sticker of barcode. Coordinate platform for inventory management and seeds distribution.

Qualifications:

· University or college, business or agriculture discipline, with at least 3 years related working experience

· Knowledge and understanding of supply chain concepts and methodologies including seeds production, planning, processing, logistics, quality test, S&OP process and etc.

· Strong computer system skills: thorough familiarity with all Microsoft applications and preferred familiarity with applications such as SAP/Foundation system.

· Good interpersonal and communication skills.

· Ability of analytical case and problem solving.
