Responsibilities:

• Liaise with line managers for identifying the hiring needs, job descriptions, selection criteria, and hiring budgets
  
• Evaluate the application and effectiveness of different advertising media and recruitment channels
• Provide advice and support to line managers on all staff related issues
  
• Managing full spectrum of compensation and benefit functions in the properties project
  
• Provide support to drive various C&B projects, including leave & attendance system enhancement;
  
• Participate in reviewing and implementing Human Resources policies and procedures
  
• Compile salary surveys and benchmark the internal salary structure with the market to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
  
• Manage and maintain accurate staff information and records
  
• Assist in ad-hoc HR projects
  

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources is preferred
  
• Minimum 5 to 8 years' HR experiences gained from sizable companies
  
• Independent, excellent organization skills, self-motivated and dynamic personality
  
• Good team player with strong people and negotiation skills
  
• Fluent in spoken / written English and Chinese
