Job Description:
-As a key member of the Group West leadership team, The Yunnan commercial Director is responsible for leading the Sales and Go-to-Market team for a chosen customer segment in an assigned region as a part of the Group West Region leadership team. The position is accountable for leading the deployment of the strategic marketing plans from the 'Zoom To Soar 2020' strategy work, commercial sales efforts, along with accountability for the product offering and financial results for the China Group China Aqua business. The Commercial Director is also responsible for location leadership specifically related to Company culture cultivation and local government relations..
-Sales-leading the sales team within assigned region to achieve EBIT and marketshare growth in chosen customer segments and acting upon decisions to strengthen the business so that capabilities are aligned with customers of tomorrow. Lead and influence a successful and experienced team of Business Development Managers. Lead the sales team-seek out new customers and new sales opportunities, initiates action plan to approach and secure new business for the Company.
-Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising Leadership Team on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish. Responsible developing a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization' s presence throughout assigned region.
-Provide location leadership including general oversight, dotted line supervision and collaboration with functions, managing local government relations and building and reinforcing a values based culture for the locations within assigned region.
-Lead the recruiting, hiring, supervising, and developing the sales team within assigned region.
-Ensure that all sales representative activities are in accordance with Company's Guiding Principles.
-Collaborate with other leaders in Company West Region, including across business units and within Group.
