HR Officer

Responsibilities:

· Handle Compensation & Benefit function Independently, including monthly payroll, social insurance and housing fund administration for PRC branch offices (Up to 120 staffs);

· Administer proper and accurate personnel data and prepare relevant HR reports for management review;

· Assist the annual salary review process and bonus calculation and ensure the compliance with statutory requirements.

· Plan and conduct new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward organizational wellness;

· Assist HR Manager to maintain performance management system;

· Assist in formulating, implementing of related HR procedures and policies

· Administer work permit and Business visa application;

· Provide recruitment support when necessary;

· Perform any other ad hoc projects as assigned by HR Manager

Requirements:

· Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or other business related discipline;

· Minimum of three years’ solid HR Generalist background with strong focus in C&B

· Familiar with China Employment Law and statutory requirement;

· Strong concept on costing and C&B with High accuracy, drive for details;

· Able to handle confidential information appropriately;

· Proficient in MS Excel, Work and PPT;

· Mature, responsible, proactive attitude with good interpersonal and communicating skills

· Good written and verbal English, at least CET-6.
