? To develop a high performing (best standard in industry) VMS service team
? Ensuring the optimum use and operation of VMS and the VMS related Solutions.
? To coach a team and develop skills and competencies within the team in order to improve efficiency of the team in function of VMS and leading to optimised customer satisfaction. (Operational Excellence)
? To provide constant feedback to optimise internal processes and develop the VMS solution under CN conditions
? Providing strategic input to Solution management and HQ related to VMS solution
? Query reporting, query solving on time and in full.
? Give key input to set the demands in product development, project management, sales and sales support as well supply chain
? Planning and ensuring efficient input (productivity) of available resources at the farm
? Ensuring the solutions is always updated according to the company recommendation.
