职位描述

岗位职责

1、关注宴会时间, 日期, 地点, 客人人数的改变, 安排员工服务。

2、负责所有座位安排表, 保证餐前准备的充分, 提前检查管事部的准备工作。

3、负责重要人物的宴会, 密切注意他们的任何需要。

4、负责宴会厅厨房的正常运作, 与行政总厨联系以确保出品。

5、在宴会后确认所有的宴会帐单已经结清并显示在帐目上。

6、负责部门的日常运营工作。

任职资格

1、具有事业心和责任感,高尚的职业道德,良好的纪律修养。

2、三年以上国际品牌酒店同岗位管理工作经验，良好的英语沟通能力。

3、掌握餐厅服务的标准和要求，了解宴会、会议服务程序，善于处理各类客人的实际问题。

4、具有很强的语言表达能力，善于评估员工、培训员工并激励下属员工工作。

5、具有餐饮管理、市场营销学等方面知识。
