产品运营总监(支付平台)-有电商/互联网/金融/银行经验

岗位职责：

1. 建立支付环节运营管理体系，包括规范、流程及运营管理系统；
2. 通过协调内外部资源落地执行运营策略，并根据活动数据分析，不断优化活动策略，提升运营活动效果；
3. 组织完成产品需求规划及评审，协调开发、测试、项目管理等部门，确保产品功能的优先实现与一致性；
4. 对上线产品的运营状况进行监控和分析，出具可行性分析报告和建议，以利于后续产品的规划；
5. 承担并主导创建领先的电子支付基础业务架构团队，制定支付平台的发展战略、发展规划；
6. 负责市场信息的收集及竞争对手的分析，并根据分析指定合作策略，实现重点合作突破；
7. 负责支付交易风险控制规则策略研究，制订并优化风险日常监控工作流程；
8. 根据业务需要持续改进产品，推出新版产品，提升用户体验。

任职要求：

1. 本科及以上学历，五年以上工作经验，三年以上管理经验；
2. 有互联网产品、金融行业或第三方支付产品经验，三年以上电子商务交易和支付系统的架构规划与落地实施开发经验；
3. 了解国家对各类交易平台的后台清算系统规则，第三方支付资金存管、监管等业务；
4. 熟练掌握业务需求分析、业务模式策划、产品需求分解、产品流程设计、产品形式设计的技巧；
5. 市场感觉敏锐，具有较强的市场分析能力，对互联网产品策划、运营、推广方面有整体的思路和独到的见解；
6. 善于沟通，具有较好的业务洽谈能力、组织协调能力与团队协作能力以及较强的学习创新能力；
7. 思路清晰，工作细致、主动、责任心强。具有较强的数据统计分析能力，能承受较大工作压力；
8. 熟练使用Word、Excel、PPT等办公软件。
