Responsibilities
-Meet & exceed sales target of lab consumable and research reagent products in Bioscience business unit with professional knowledge of products and thorough understanding of customer applications.
-Keep good and up-to-date customer base and pay periodic visits to Key Accounts for delivering product information and getting user feedbacks on Merck Millipore bioscience products and services.
-Identify market opportunities and deliver product training & seminars to the customers (distributors and end-customers).
-Hold regular Milliday (small booth campaign on customer sites), and organize necessary marketing activities in the assigned territory.
-Provide support for big marketing events as well.
-Develop and manage sales channel with the support of superior.
-Collect and analyze market information, identify customer needs and new application opportunities.
Requirements/Qualification
-Master degree or higher in Biosciences or related disciplines. 2-3 years sales/application support experience and/or strong research background is a plus. For senior level, 2-3 years related sales experience is a must.
-High Energy, team player and the ability to work under pressure.
-Strong interpersonal, communication skills are essential.
-Initiative, self-motivated, open-minded and detail-oriented.
-Good command of English.
-Regular travel is required
