职位描述

Key Result Areas
Sales/BD
? To initiate and maintain frequent contact with new and existing clients
? To prepare proposal and present to clients
? To continuously expand client base
? To increase company’s market share and enhance company profile as the most preferable medical communication service provider
? To prepare, liaise and confirm proposal/quotation/contract and project outline with clients
? To regularly communicate with other internal stakeholders to ensure business potential is maximized.
? To control the P&L for each confirmed projects
? To support on project delivery and collect Delivery Note
Marketing
? To assist Marketing team on new product/service an market strategy development
? To assist Marketing team in conducting direct mailing and marketing campaign that deems to be necessary for the market.
? To provide market information to Marketing team on matters pertaining to clients, their products and related medical aspects.
Customer Services &
Relationship Building
? To keep & maintain good relationship with client.
? To collect client feedback on existing project
? Other initiatives to ensure smooth project delivery and up sales
Internal Operation
? To make suggestion to editorial and production in order to improve the performance of project quality & delivery and cost control
? To resolve & manage client’s complaint raised internally or externally
? To assist editor in collecting project related information from clients and provide initial brief of newly confirmed projects to editorial and production teams outlining specific requirement form clients
? To participate in weekly editorial meeting and monthly Sales & Marketing Meeting
? To regularly communicate with Editorial, Production, Admin & Finance and marketing teams thus further enhance team spirit

Key Competencies:
Sales and Interpersonal Skills:
? Excellent communications and presentations skills.
? Excellent negotiating and consultative sales skills is a plus.
? Excellent client management skill and basic project management skill
? Acumen business sense
? Able to work independent and meet with deadline.
? Team player with an enthusiastic and outgoing personality.
General Knowledge and Technical Skills:
? Proficient in both English and Chinese languages (spoken and written).
? Familiarity with pharmaceutical marketing and medical communication
? Familiarity with publishing processes/scientific publishing (preferred).
? IT skills especially word processing (Word) ,PowerPoint, Excel and Internet/e-mail (Outlook and Explorer).
Required Education and Experience:
? University degree holder, preferably Science, medical or related.
? Good, proven sales record.
? Previous work experience in Healthcare / Medical Communications fields would be an advantage.
