Diathesis Demand：

1. Good understanding of ISO TS 16949 and 5 tools (APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC);

2. At least 5 years process quality control experience in automotive industry;

3. Mechanical drawing reading skills;

4. Skilled in Quality tools and techniques, SPC, FMEA, MSA etc.;

5. Skillful Computer Skills (MS Office) and fluent English;

6. Team work orientation, strong sense of continous improvement.

Job Description：

1. Be responsible for supplier quality control;

2. Perform technical investigation and cause analysis of defective products (identify root causes in order to eliminate them);

3. Organise, complete and follow up corrective actions for those problems of purchased parts and outsourced processes;

4. Performing inspection standard and requirements for outsourced processes;

5. Coordinate the parts return in case of justified supplier quality issues;

6. Check and approve supplier PPAP documents;

7. Be responsible for supplier annual audit;

8. SPC, PFMEA, CP practice into production at supplier's premise;

9. Obey company HSE regulations and requirments, participate in HSE activities to achieve quality department environmental objective.
