职责描述：

1.保证客户需要的产品按期交付；

2.负责与供应商及其他关联方之间的运输管理和监督；

3.负责国际订单的物流联系、管理、跟踪、清关手续及库存控制；

4.库房的监督管理；

5.物流相关KPI的统计；

6.确保库存信息及时更新，数据真实准确；

7.监督控制发货频次，保证合理物流费用；

8.计划并实施循环盘点（季度、年度盘点），保证盘点结果的准确性、真实性，并分析盘点结果；

9.按公司及体系规定时效保存相应的证据；

10.对物流供应商进行监督和衡量，以确保跟所规定的质量和发运标准一致；

11.对下属人员的管理，管辖范围内异常问题的对应和解决、人员考勤及行为准则管理并提供必要的培训及支持；

12.识别与物流相关的过程、活动、场所的环境因素，并按要求对重大环境因素进行控制；

13.负责向物流相关方宣传环境安全规定，并对其施加影响。

1.To ensure OTD for customer orders.

2.To manage & monitor the transportation(responsible by LAB) between suppliers and LAB.

3.To be responsible for the logistics contact,management,follow up,customs clearance and stock control of trading parts and imported materials.

4.Warehouse(including consignment stock, 3rd party logistics) supervision:

5.Logistics KPI(OTD, premium transportation, etc) collect,control & optimization.

6.Ensure warehouse people update stock on time & regularly, with real and correct figure.

7.Delivery frequncy control/supervision, and ensure reasonable logistics cost.

8.Plan and implement cylcing count,quarter/annual inventory,and ensure a real & correct inventory result. Inventory result analysis.

9.Keep logistics record(reception/delivery,lot no.,etc) according to quality system request.

10.Logistics supplier performance supervision and measurement to ensure the service level.

11.Management on subordinate staff, solutions to daily &unnormal issue. Attendence check,activity management, and necessary training & support to subordinate staff.

12.Identify and control the key factors in logistics process,activity and sites.

13.Transmiss LAB HSE rules to the 3rd-party regarding logistics and make them accepted & respected.
