Responsibilities:

? Produce comprehensive corporate sales plan including setting of budgets and targets that align with the overall strategic plan
? Scope targeted corporate for selling professional procurement training and certification oriented services
? Build up relationship with corporate leaders to drive corporate sales in best practice, people and process development
? Develop and manage client database
? Establish cohesive and effective platforms for networking that helps promote the procurement and supply chain function


Requirements:

? Bachelor’s degree holders with strong business acumen and experienced in budgeting and financial management
? Proven track record in a senior business development post
? Strong knowledge and background in a procurement environment with the ability to influence senior procurement personnel is advantageous
? Aptitude to understand the international marketplace and tailor plans to local market needs is essential and a critical success factor for this role
? CIPS or CPSM certified
? Native Chinese speaker
? Excellent English-language skills (both spoken and written)
? Result oriented, energetic, proactive, highly motivated
? Proficient with Microsoft Office
? Ability and willingness to travel
