职位描述

Responsibilities:

? Lead a project team of procurement experts and engineers in various specialties assigned to ensure excellent delivery of materials, supplies, equipment and services to meet project requirements within budget and schedule
? Work with engineering, planning, schedule controls, HSE and quality management to ensure procurement is properly aligned with the expectations of the clients in understanding and addressing the project requirements; monitor and make changes as work progresses
? Establish and maintain close relations and communication with the client to ensure procurement is being executed as the contract requires and client expects, while protecting the company’s interests
? Maintain and manage the procurement reporting to and from the client, ensure stakeholders are kept informed of status/problems
? Assist supplier in analyzing identified schedule and quality issues and implementing effective corrective actions
? Lead and develop team members, and deliver work independently where required
? Adapt existing methods and procedures to create alternative solutions to moderately complex problems


Requirements:

? Bachelor degree above majored in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Designing & Automation and other related.
? At last 8 years project management experiences, focusing on Electrical Industry is a must.
? Rich working experience in the management of oversea large procurement projects.
? Excellent communication and coordination skills and problems solving ability.
? Experience in related industry functions, such as project controls, construction management, fabrication management and business development is an asset
? Proven experience in supervising and monitoring others in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment with conflicting priorities and limited time available
? Possess outstanding problem-solving and conflict management skills, professional work ethic and integrity.
? Proficient in the use of computers and commonly-used business software
? Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English/Chinese is required
? Ability to organize and present facts and arguments in a persuasive and convincing manner
? Good communication and negotiation skills and customer presentation capability
? Ability and willingness to travel
? Excellent time management skills, to be able to cope with project, people management, and practice development work
? Self-motivated, passionate about work and possess a positive attitude with lots of drive
? PMP certification is a plus
