Responsibilities:

This position provides Expediting service and QA/QC service to TBA’s procurement team and clients to ensure the success of international procurement projects.

? Prepare for expediting plan and perform expediting according to the plan including but not limited to setting up and managing delivery schedule, resolving delivery issues, etc.
? Ensure stakeholders are informed of status/problems
? Manage project procurement schedules (i.e. ensure that specialized capital equipment is
? manufactured to required standards and delivered on time and within budget)
? Identify new suppliers and evaluate their capability from commercial and technical points of view
? Conduct tender evaluation from technical perspective and make recommendations for each RFx package
? Manage suppliers and clients through strong personal interaction and communication and maintain good relationships with clients and suppliers/contractors
? Perform factory audit (QHSE, CSR, etc.) and provide reports as needed
? Monitor and support internal and external expeditors and QA/QC inspectors
? Manage and monitor 3rd party inspection company if required
? Produce Inspection and Test Plans (ITP) with clients’ and suppliers’ inputs if needed
? Perform inspection in accordance with Inspection and Test Plans (ITP)’s and instruction from the clients
? Advise on packing solutions at enquiry stage as per request, coordinate with suppliers, shipping vendors to ensure the packing solution to be used is proper
? Processing all deviations and NCR’s (Non-Conformance Report) and report
? Maintain copies of all IR’s (Inspection Reports), IRN’s (Inspection Release Note) or Inspection Waivers issued



Requirements:

? A bachelor degree or above in electrical or related major
? Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing, expediting, or QA/QC in electrical equipment industries
? Familiarity with international standards and codes
? Knowledge base from electrical engineering and manufacturing technological process, material, correction protection, engineering drawings, design aspects, AutoCAD software etc. would be extremely useful
? Manufacturing management skills are essential
? Quality Engineering experience and or certification is a plus.
? Proficient in the use of computers and commonly-used business software
? Good communication skills and team work ethic
? Excellent English and Mandarin both written and spoken
? Ability and willingness to travel
