Overview of the Position :
Support to daily machine assembly and testing for On Time Delivery to customer. (External and Internal)
Responsible of the electrical assembly and quality issues (including subcontract) as technique expert.
Driving continuous improvement and standardizationon the shop floor regarding safety, quality and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Daily work:
？ Co-ordinate with actions of PGPM, procurement, kitting, production, testing and logistic departments toward the achievement of the delivery of the machine within the customer requirements.
？ Routing and testing procedure updated in SAP aligned with actual progress on the shop floor.
？ Responsible for technical issues of electrical cabinet sub-contractor and production department
？ Follows and updates assembly methods of all machines, update SOP in time.
？ Responsible for check BOM configuration, Inform interface people to correct BOM error.
？ Contribute in Non-conformity issues ,QM application and follow up closely.
？ Analysis Engineering change, prepare all documents for both production and subcontractors.

- Continuous improvement and NPI
？ Improve assembly methods for electrical assembly and testing of packaging line machines.
？ To reduce production lead time or work hours , drive LEAN method (cost reduction, productivity, improvement…) on the shop floor.
？ Support on customer site improvement.
？ Participates in new machine assemble project transfer.
？ Evaluate improve suggestion from other department.

- To perform other duties assigned by the management or superior effectively and efficiently.
- Guarantees the respect of the procedures an good working processes in planning.

PRE-REQUIREMENTS
Education :
Degree in related Electric or Automation discipline is a major plus
Degree in related Engineering area is mandatory
Experience :
minimum 8 years relevant working experience in manufacturing environment and 5 years in electrical design, or test or assemble or commissioning or maintenance. Engineering project is big plus .
Competences / Specific knowledge :
must be able to write and speak in English. French/Italian is a plus
computer literate with SAP knowledge is a major plus
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills
