职位描述

Key Objectives:


  • Manager Tire will be responsible for the strategic development of BMW/MINI tire business and the implementation of tire strategy 2015+ including the new logistic processes.

  • Analysis and evaluation of opportunities to increase local sourcing of tires is within is responsibility.

  • Coordinate with internal marketing teams and external marketing agencies and suppliers to prepare off line and online promotional materials.

  • Devise, implement and communicate marketing activities and sales campaigns.

  • Provide product, marketing and sales campaign information to AS marketing and provide support to regional sales activities.

  • Continuous monitoring of the stock level and ensure sufficient stock for daily operation and sales promotions.

  • Daily support to dealers on products & sales campaigns and marketing requests.

  • Support the preparation of marketing presentations for corporate visits and conferences.

  • Prepare, organize and coordinate business meetings with dealers. Main contact for Financial Service in regards to future cooperation opportunties (e.g. tire accident protection etc.)

  • In cooperation with training academy he/she need to develop and implement training concepts to further enhance dealer knowledge on tire business (technical and sales skills).

  • Performance monitoring of tire ASM and continues training. Yearly budget planning and monitoring of spendings.


Major Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for the turnover and profit targets of BMW & MINI tire business

  • Responsible for the development of marketing plan and budget, and monitoring the performance and budget spending of each sales campaign

  • Coordernation with internal marketing teams and external marketing agencies and suppliers to prepare off line and online promotional materials

  • Monitoring market development (product offers, customer demand) and development of product range to meet market situation & demand

  • Devise, implement and communicate product packages, marketing activities and sales campaigns

  • Provide product, sales campaign information, and marketing activities to AS marketing and provide support to regional sales activities

  • Control sufficient product supply and stock within the market / RDCs

  • Monitoring and steering of dealer turnover targets, provide support for target achievement

  • Prepare, organize and coordinate Accessories business meetings with dealers

  • Daily support to dealers on sales campaigns and marketint requests

  • Support the preparation of marketing presentations for corporate visits and conferences

  • Responsible for implementation of tire strategy 2015+ and strategic development of future tire business in China

  • Responsible for all cooperations with Financial Service (e.g. implementation of optional tire protection service) and further analysis of additional opportuntities

  • Performance monitoring and continues training of tire ASM to improve dealer success of tire business (in cooperation with ASM project leader)

  • Analysis and evaluation of opportunities to increase local sourcing of tires

  • Ongoing adjustment and re-evaluation of tire business and take necessary steps based on market situation

  • Develop training concept together with training academy


Education / Degree:


  • Degree in economics, Marketing or Business Administration


Knowledge / Skills / Competences:


  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and english including automotive terms

  • Very good communication skills

  • In depth product knowledge of tires

  • Strong background in marketing and sales

  • Business development and strategic skills

  • Strong team player, supportive attitude

  • Ability to work in cross-cultural environment


Experience:


  • > 3 years, preferrably in tire industry (automotive industry is minimum requirement)

  • Strategic experience (Business Development or Strategic departments are preferred)

  • Familiar with parts business in Aftersales in automobile industry

  • Marketing / promotion / sales experience
