职位描述

Position: Digital Communication
Division/Department: Skoda
Location: Beijing

Main goals and objectives:

1. Develop and implement strategic framework for digital brand communication
2. Initiate, steer and implement digital brand campaigns
3. Set-up and manage ongoing digital brand marketing
4. Manage campaign realization and performance tracking
5. Steer external resources for brand communication, especially agencies and consultancies
6. Advise Joint Venture in product and brand related digital communication
7. Close cooperation with all stakeholders

Your Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic framework for digital brand communication
- Based on brand enhancement strategy, develop tangible and online-focused activation plans for ?KODA brand in China
- Identify needs and define requirements for brand activation activities in digital realm
- Develop short-term and long-term implementation plans for digital brand communication
- Provide recommendations for brand strategy and management on a regular basis
2. Initiate, steer and implement digital brand campaigns
- Plan, prepare and conduct digital brand campaigns
- Steer all aspects of campaign development and execution, i.e. definition of requirements and targets, agency purchasing process, development of communication concept, establishment of digital infrastructure, campaign execution, KPI tracking
- Support development and implementation of online-to-offline engagement campaigns
- Ensure that all campaigns fully meet ?KODA brand communication quality standards and requirements, i.e. high level of customer engagement
- Steer external resources for online communication, especially agencies and brand communication consultancies
3. Set-up and manage ongoing digital brand marketing
- Develop and steer ongoing social online dialogues and activities
- Manage development and deployment of interactive online platforms for brand communication
- Conduct search engine optimization
- Guide and review search engine marketing
- Manage external resources for online communication, especially agencies and brand communication consultancies
4. Manage campaign realization and performance tracking
- Manage execution of digital campaigns, and ensure effective and efficient realization at all times
- Execute budget planning and maintain budget control
- Review all conceptual campaign documents, operational timelines and scheduling, campaign production, and communication materials, and ensure that high quality standards are met
- Define and align key performance indicators
- Steer tracking of campaign performance
- Analyze performance tracking results and summarize findings for internal parties, with clear focus on deriving key learnings and ensuring continuous performance improvement
5. Steer external resources for brand communication, especially agencies and consultancies
- Coordinate and liaise closely with all internal and external resources for offline brand communication
- Steer and manage cooperation of all agencies with internal parties, and cooperation of agencies with each other, i.e. strategic brand agencies, event agencies, creative agencies, social media agencies, online marketing agencies
- Review and evaluate agency performance and output quality
6. Advise Joint Venture in product and brand related digital communication
- Advice and consult joint venture partner in all aspects of digital brand marketing, including channel mix and communication approach
- Closely liaise with Joint Venture to ensure efficient and effective cooperation
- Ensure that brand image is consistently reflected by Joint Venture’s digital marketing, including any activities with product marketing focus
7. Close cooperation with all stakeholders
- Coordinate and cooperate closely with internal parties, especially PR department and SVW SK, and external partners to align on digital brand communication activities and leverage synergies
- Ensure that knowledged and insights derived from digital brand communication activities are shared with internal parties
- Provide recommendations for brand strategy and management on a regular basis

Our Requirements:

Education:
- University degree or equal degree with a combination of Business and Marketing; master degree preferred

Personal skills:
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit
- Well-organized and very structured work ethic
- Strategic & analytical thinking
- Creativity
- High willingness to travel
- Strong inter-personal communication & negotiation skills, especially with JVs
- Strong social competence
English language skills, Chinese preferred
Working experience (in years):
- 2-5 years working experience in digital brand marketing, online communication and event marketing, with track records in well-known marketing agencies, or similar role in an MNC
- Experience in automotive industry and product related knowledge
- Intercultural working experience, preferably in China and Europe
- Proven ability to diagnose and solve problems

Remarks (Language, IT-Knowledge, Certificates etc.):
- Strong command of English
- Strong command of Power Point and Excel
