Duties and responsibilities:
1. Perform financial, operational and compliance internal audit assignments for the office and the stores on regular basis;
2. Perform store visits, on-site obeservation, store takes on regular basis;
3. Identify and report internal control weaknesses/inefficiencies and make recommendations to control weaknesses, non-compliance and operational efficiency improvement;
Assist the manager in carrying out investigations, drafting reports and monitoring the follow-up actions on findings;
4. Perform SOP trainings as needed;
5. Perform other ad hoc tasks assigned by Internal Control Manager.

Requirements：
1. Bacholer Degree in Accounting / Business Administration / Finance;
2. At least two years relevant external or internal audit experience, preferably with exposure to PRC retail industry;
3. Basic analytical and audit skills is required; Strong communication skill and business sense is preferred;
4. Proficiency in MS Office;
5. Fluency in English is required (both oral and written);
6. Travel to PRC and other AP countries is required (around 30% per year).
