1. Tasks and Missions

1.1 Developing compliant Brake system architecture offer, design and application for both China domestic and export offers/projects . Some of this activity is listed as follows:
o Data collection and Customer requirements analysis
o Offer build-up, follow-up and update
o Clause by Clause, Schemes and Part List build-up, Technical description, Brake, air consumption and thermal calculations, follow-up and update
o Filling and reporting Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)
o Cost analysis, follow-up and update

1.2 Build-up an active and efficient communication line with FT (Brake System) Center of Competences (CoC’s) to guarantee and upgrade the co-ordination between local system engineering and CoC’s on work structure, process, tools, preferred products as well as RAMS and LCC analysis competence of local team.

1.3 Organize and develop the team to fulfill defined targets in specific fields and applications (Mass Transit, HST, locomotives, etc) or tasks where specified.

1.4 Support, train and develop the technical team of Beijing office in project execution activities such as:
o System Requirements Definition
o Sub-System Allocation and Requirements Definition
o Product Allocation and Requirements Definition
o System Validation specification build-up, follow up and update
o Software specification developing
o Laboratory Support
o Static/Dynamic Commissioning specification build-up, follow up and update
o Field test support including troubleshooting and retrofit where needed.
o Customer Training

2. Hierarchy Relation
Report to FT Beijing office technical manager who will also define the detailed working plan.
