岗位职责：
1. 负责受理海外客户（全球客户，以欧美、中东、亚太为主）的咨询，跟进case,及时帮助客户解决问题并给予客户反馈;
2. 收集国内及海外客户需求和意见，向部门内部提供优化产品及服务的建议;
3. 对部门内部及外部业务进行有效支持，确保支付业务正常运营;
4. 完成上级安排的其他工作。

任职资格：
1. 本科以上学历，英语专业优先
2. 具备客户服务意识，学习能力强，具备良好的沟通能力和协调能力，责任心强，工作耐心细致;
3. 熟练使用Office办公软件;
4. 需英语专业八级(英语水平特别优秀者可不做硬性要求）。
