Main mission: Responsible for business development, lobbying and marketing ST Secure Microcontrollers (Personal Security) solutions to customers in China region.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. Business development for Secure Micro product in China region.
2. Develop ST Brand in the SMD eco-system, specific to financial industry in China.
3. Manage marketing cycle and relationships with customers at all level.
4. Develop and implement marketing strategies at major accounts.
5. Educate customers towards ST solutions as prefer solutions.
6. Present ST solution and proposal to both end customers and partners
7. Drive both short term and long term business; build a strong support to local sales team.
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering/Marketing
Experience Level: At least 8 to 10 years of experience in sales/marketing with at least 5 years in smartcard industry.
Competencies:
Technical skills: Strong communication skills in verbal and written English. Fluent in verbal Mandarin is must.
Have an existing network of contacts within the smartcard industry.
Ability to operate at senior management level to add value.
Proven technical appreciation and ability to understand and explain ST’s products and solutions.
Good understanding of the market, trends and competitions.
