职位描述
UI设计师：
1、参与产品设计：根据部门要求，积极参与公司产品的讨论、定义、设计工作；
2、熟练使用AXURE等原型设计软件，至少二年以上的使用经验；熟悉产品原型图的制作和处理；
2、产品UI设计：根据产品定位、需求及功能，负责产品整体UI（用户界面及交互）设计，为产品的下一步开发提供效果图；
3、产品开发：负责与开发工程师配合，完成产品界面的设计及开发，以及产品图标、界面美化等工作。
任职要求：
1、美术设计相关专业毕业，或者设计能力专项有亮点，如LOGO设计、界面设计、手绘等。（优秀人才，专业和学历可适当放宽）；
2、熟悉IOS产品和Android产品的设计规范，有一年以上相关工作经验；
3、善于用视觉来表达想法，有用户体验全过程设计经验，熟悉用户体验研究过程和方法；
4、具备良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，较强的学习能力和分享精神。
