Essential Responsibilities
The OHV sales manager will work closely with headquarter to provide solid commercial supports for OEMs in China. The person will maintain high level relationships with all OEMs in China, Push OEMs making forecasts and issue purchase orders to GE in regular base. He/She will maintain the order/sales pipelines and negotiate with OEMs to sign the contract or PO. He/She will response for parts sale to OEMs and mine customers by establishing close relationship with key stake holders within OEMs and mine customers. He/She will also drive the OEMs to sign long term agreements with GE, support to create support packages for different projects. He/She will make sure GE's production plan and actions can better align with OEM's needs and expectations.
The OHV sales manager will be primarily responsible for:
1) Maintain close relationship with OEMs in China;
2) Drive and negotiate LTA agreements and project support package with OEMs
3) Get OEMs production plan and purchase orders;
4) Drive parts order and sales with OEMs and mine customers
5) Closely communicate with headquarter on OEMs needs and requirements;
6) Support new platform development with OEMs.
Qualifications/Requirements
* Bachelor degree or above
* A minimum of 8 years commercial/customer relationship experience.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills
* Understand international trade and process.
* Fluency written and spoken language skill sin both English and Chinese
* Ability to travel
* Team working and self-motivation

* Mining industry background preferred.

上世纪80年代起,中国进口了首批420台GE运输系统集团制造的ND5柴油内燃机车。2002年,GE运输系统集团在北京成立了通用电气运输系统(中国)有限公司,提供研发、制造和其他服务。2005年,GE运输系统集团与中华人民共和国铁道部签订了300台Evolution系列中国干线机车合同,用于中国各大铁路干线。2008年GE运输系统集团创建了第一个矿用自卸卡车电动马达生产厂,并成立了通用电气运输系统(沈阳)有限公司。2010年9月9日,GE公司与中国南车旗下的戚墅堰机车有限公司成立的合资企业正式开工奠基,在中国开发、制造GE Evolution系列机车柴油发动机并提供服务,以及向其它新兴市场提供出口。2010年12月,GE运输系统集团与中国南车股份有限公司签订了合作框架协议,将在美国建立合资公司来共同促进高速铁路及其他轨道交通技术在美国市场的推广发展。
