Qualification 岗位要求
In initial start-up phase of China Design Center (project/start-up phase)
1）Act as project manager to manage and control engineering activities of China Design Center new site set up
2）Be responsible for maintaining the project schedule and cost tracking of the engineering topics. The Engineering Manager reports in case of major deviations proactively and otherwise in regular project status/progress reports to the Director Project Management China Design Center and the project steering committee (China Design Center Core Team)
3）Be responsible for developing technical user requirement specifications and follow internal process and requirements to fit for the overall CDC strategy development master plan
4）Be responsible for technical change application and clarification, development risk assessment and back-up plan during project execution to avoid interruption the normal site set up process
5）Be responsible for the execution of project to approve the qualification of design specification, acceptance of the building, installation, qualification, commissioning and start up
6）Be responsible for all activities to be accordance with the EHS requirements during project design, construction, installation, commissioning and qualification, as well as global safety/compliance review and audit
7）Actively cooperate and coordinate with cross functions, e.g. Finance and controlling, Purchase, etc. to lead the engineering suppliers’ selection according to company process
8）Work closely with external suppliers, including general contractor, design institute, construction companies, furniture suppliers, etc.

After start-up phase of China Design Center (operating phase)
1)Follow CDC strategy and mission and work out engineering department goal and practices
2)Be responsible to implement and finalize Engineering processes/procedures according to FME group process and requirements
3)In charge of the existing machine & facility & equipment management including daily maintenance
4)Prepares reports, analyzes data, and makes recommendations for improving CDC operations and solving maintenance-related problems.

Working Experience 工作经历
1) Minimum 5 years of project engineering, project management of clean media or process equipment in multi-national company, accept to travel if necessary
2) Minimum 3 years project leader experience will be plus.

Other Skills & Others 其他技能或要求
1) GMP/Qualification/EHS knowledge are required
2) Work experience in EPCM company, design institute and pharmaceutical practice are preferable
3) Excellent communication skills; Initiative, mature personality
4) Good command of both oral and written English; Good at German is preferred
5) Good at planning/organizing, analyzing and solving problem, and be able to take pressures
