?Job scope and responsibilities:
Detail technical Due diligence of Solar PV Plants with experience on following:
？ System level Knowledge of state of the art technology related to Grid tie inverters, Low Voltage, Medium Voltage & High Voltage AC systems, Transmission & Interconnection.
Bidding Support
？ Provides technical support to Business Development team for quality due diligence on Interconnection feasibility, preparation of complete specifications, reviewing tender documents etc.
？ Preparation of Technical architecture based on the tender documents
？ Review of Bid documents like PPA , RFS etc
？ Provide technical Pre-bid queries
？ Propose various choices & their benchmarking for every Bid
？ Work closely with services team to process the factual data to support yield estimates.
？ Attending discussions with Client/Client’s consultant/independent engineers for optimizing the cost of financing & improving yield predictions
？ Support land selection process & completing Risk Review for Bid submission.
？ Keep close track on product roadmaps to propose optimize solutions
Engineering
？ Expertize on various LV & MV switchgear systems, Transformers, Cables and Switchyards upto 400kV.
？ Preparation & development of SLDs from Substation till LV distribution.
？ Preparation of Technical specifications & Vendor drawing review for LV & MV switchgear systems, Transformers, Cables and Switchyards upto 400kV
？ Follow internal D&E processes including all database and report management activities.
？ Subject matter expert for system component selection, module and inverter specifications and system sizing, and overall design quality and code checks. Coordinate with stake holders to meet required approvals and provide internal updates.
？ Provide cross-coordination for design updates, field suggestions, specifications, for service and or construction related items

Job Related Experience:
？ Work experience with top Solar PV Developer / Wind developer or EPC companies in China (minimum 5 years)
？ Subject matter expert for MV/HV & Substation designs.
？ Design engineering of Wind farms will be an added advantage.
Knowledge:
？ Related codes and standards – Chinese codes CCC and international standards e.g. IEC, IEEE, ASTM, BS, IS, ASME, DIN.
？ System level Knowledge of state of the art technology related to grid tie inverters, AC Distribution & interconnection.
？ Related Tools and software like Etap, AutoCAD, etc.
？ Related to statutory bodies, nodal agencies and utilities
