主要工作职能 Major Accountabilities：
1. Provide timely on-site service to Carestream customers. 为锐珂客户提供及时的现场服务，和客户充分的沟通以确保客户满意度。
2. Follow established technical procedures and guidelines for installation, servicing, PM and modification. 遵循既定的技术程序和指导方针进行安装，维修，实施和调节（严格遵守公司既定的技术流程和指导方针进行安装，维修和维护等工作）
3. Follow all service delivery process and meet the measurement requirement on response time, resolution time, PM & MOD completion rate etc to ensure customer satisfaction. 遵循售后服务流程，最大程度上达到反应时间、解决时间、实施调节完成率以确保客户满意度。（严格遵守售后服务流程和制度，最大程度上达到响应时间，解决时间，实施调节完成率）
4. Work closely with sales/channel team during installation for any business related issues. 在所有与业务相关的事情中，与销售/渠道团队密切合作，互相协作。(积极的团队合作，与公司业务相关部门例如销售团队等互相配合，密切协作。)
5. Keep learning & refreshing for latest technical information and share self experience & knowledge with peers. 不断地自我学习和更新最新的技术信息，与同事分享自身经验和知识。
6. Fully compliant with EHS policy. 完全符合EHS政策

Qualifications & Skills:
1.College degree or above, major in electrical engineering, bio-medical engineering, electronics or automatic control related 大专或以上学历，主修机械，电子工程,计算机等相关专业;
2. At least 1 year related work experience 至少1年相关工作经验；
3. Good command of English, fluent in reading English 熟练使用英语，能流利的阅读英语资料。

1. Have good communication skills 具备良好的沟通技巧
2. Have ability to travel extensively within the responsible territory 能适应经常在所负责的华北区域内出差
3. Be proactive, responsible & self-discipline 积极主动，有责任心，自律
