职位描述
POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for day to day benefit administrative jobs for China, and will also handle some payroll related jobs assigned to him/her.
Benefit admin position summary:
The incumbent is responsible for benefits administrative jobs, such as Commercial Insurance administration, Service Award program and leave administration.
Local payroll position summary:
The incumbent will also support some local payroll related jobs, such as supporting some social benefit affaires with local bureau, employee certificate/letter issuance etc.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
Benefit admin role:
1. Commercial Insurance Program
a. Responsible for preparing the monthly commercial insurance list based on employees new hire, termination or changes, and submit to insurance company;
b. Answer employees’ inquiry about commercial insurance package;
c. Help employees to coordinate/negotiate with insurance company when there is any claim issue/dispute;
d. Support the C&B manager for Commercial Insurance annual contract renewal, including providing insured list for all China employees & their dependents; check the premium and arrange payment to insurance company etc;
2. Service Award Program
a. Responsible for preparing the yearly awardees list and submit to Global vendor;
b. Be contact person for China employees when they have any question about the gift selection or delivery;
3. Leave Administration;
a. Consolidate the leave record for those non-ESS portal employees, and send to payroll lead for uploading into ADP system;
b. Follow up with employees for leave supporting documents and keep proper filing;
c. Help with employees to reset their ESS portal password if required;
4. Other benefit admin jobs that in GBSS HR Services Team’s scope;
Local payroll role:
1. Support some local jobs that associated with local government/bureau, e.g. social insurance/housing fund/tax declaration/annual audit etc;
2. Issue Employment Letter / Income Certificate to employees upon request;
3. Generate & distribute pay slip to non-ESS access employees;
4. Be trained up for monthly payroll processing in order to serve as local payroll back up when necessary;
5. Other jobs assigned by the team;
JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. Preferably a College or Diploma holder with 2 years of relevant working experiences in multinational companies
2. Job Incumbent must be bilingual in English & Mandarin
3. Job incumbent must be meticulous, possess good communication, interpersonal & PC skills
4. Job Incumbent must be a pro-active team player & demonstrate focus on continuous learning & improvement
