主要职责
特别说明：成为5证齐全分公司股东，该职位人选为行销通独立法人子公司董事长、总经理或副总级别管理干部储备人选！
1、执行公司所辖区域分公司战略计划，按实施流程参与招聘、组织、建设分公司团队，并对其培训、培养、管理和领导；享有分公司团队的人事管理权限，团队人员的招聘、日常管理、奖惩、薪酬由分公司独立负责，对公司总部报备；
2、负责公司项目在所辖区域的实施与运营；负责公司产品与项目的合作开发、建设工作。享有属地业务、费用、薪酬的决策权，对公司总部报备。

任职要求
1、高度认可行销通全体团队事业与共同价值观；具备良好的职业素养与操守；具有创新能力，能有将实体产业与互联网及资本运营相融合的敏感力、意识力或经验；不能经常留恋过去；经常保持学习状态。
2、具有快速组建所辖区域内区、县级（含）以上各城市销售团队的资源和能力；或自有医药销售队伍；或想自建医药销售队伍加盟；或现为医药行业的职业经理人想挑战自我，以实现自我价值者；
3、熟悉某地区区域OTC、或处方药、或普药、或医疗器械领域销售并有显著业绩和良好关系者；
4、致力于医药健康领域矢志不渝者，较强的组织管理与市场开拓能力；
5、大专及以上学历。
