Responsibility:

• The Sourcing supervisor will work as the owner for sourcing for all commodity(s) and Product lines for KangHui Changzhou plant. These responsibilities include the development, communication and execution of strategies to ensure realization of the business objectives, which includes support supplier negotiations, contracts, establish suppliers strategies. In this role the incumbent will develop & integrate processes that meet business needs across the organization, manage complex issues.
• Be responsible for the overall sourcing activity: compliance, delivery, cost & quality.
• Lead team of Sourcing specialist (direct & indirect) to support daily fulfillment need in factory together with planners.
• Build up & monitor sourcing process to ensure compliance of sourcing activity.
• Drive improvements in sourcing processes including escalations due to delivery/quality issues, invoicing/payables issues, and database management.
• Lead the development & execution of the sourcing strategies that delivers a competitive advantage. Drive the strategic supplier initiatives including, supplier selection, development, and supplier consolidation to ensure sourcing optimization and overall supplier performance.
• Drive localization projects
• People development: plan / develop / organize team structure to guarantee the business development need is met. Build up the right expertise in the team to manage execution.
• Support factory NPI projects
• Function cost control.

Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above
• 3~5 years of relevant work experience (commercial, sourcing, logistic or supply chain), >2 years in leader/supervisor position
• Good English and Chinese communication skills
• Strategic thinker with proven negotiation skills
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Ability to work effectively in an autonomous environment and in a matrix orgnization
• Ability to influence leaders and individuals across organization levels; manage effectively in ambiguous situations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and/or initiatives simultaneously
• Strong work ethic & self starter with proven ability to engage across functions
• Passion for excellence with high integrity, commitment to quality
