Deloitte is planning to significantly expand the size of operation in Chongqing as our regional headquarters in Western China. In 2009, we established our 12th China office in Chongqing as an important step to build a stronger presence in Western China, a newly emerging powerhouse of China's economy with the help of government incentives and preferential policies to businesses.

For our long-term growth and competitiveness in an ever challenging market, we need to be progressive with how we operate as a business. In parallel, we are establishing a Global Delivery Center in China, to standardize and streamline our existing work processes, both for internal and external client service departments.

Now we are hiring Trainer in Information Technology department in Chongqing GDC, he/she will be responsible for:

Incumbent Role:

Provide IT training to practitioners and develop training material (include eLearning material, hints and Tips) at Chongqing Shared Service Center. He or she will conduct training material development, uploading material to Intranet library, document translation and training deliverable activities as scheduled, in the meantime gathering user feedback and prepare training report periodically.

During the first year, incumbent will assist in preparing training material in bilingual (include eLearning material, Hints and Tips ) and uploading to Intranet, conducting user training sessions and assist on other documentation work include but not limited to document translation, user guide preparation or other global application / program localization when required.

Primary Responsibilities:

Organize and conduct IT training via face to face or online meeting to partners and employee of the firm

Training delivery related logistic for example training room booking and other facilities as needed

Understand and analyze user requirements / expectation on system enhancement, gather user requirement and feedback and provide input /suggestions for system fine-tuning

Develop training material, user guide, FAQ in bilingual version to facilitate system implementation and adoption

Leverage eLearning tools to develop eLearning material and hints and Tips in bilingual version to enable access anytime, anywhere

Upload documents, ITS news to Intranet and maintain Intranet's ITS page structure and content updating as SLCC role

Global application interface / program localization and other translation work when required.

Secondary Responsibilities:

Provide daily internal business application support and office usage support to frontline users

Conduct internal applications testing before roll out

Qualification:

Qualification:

Bachelor or master degree with IT or business major is preferred. Training diploma is a plus.

Two years or above in solid hands on experiences on IT application support or application development

Three years or more experiences in delivery training on business applications to all levels in multiple national company (MNC) environment.

Three years of solid experiences on developing training material using PowerPoint or Articulate Studio

Skills in designing and developing eLearning format using Articulate Studio is a must.

Some experiences in using Adobe Captivate tool to develop training video is preferred.

Strong capability in designing learning material in both classroom based training and developing interactive eLearning training course is a must.

Good presentation skills in training delivery and good communication skills when providing services.

Fluently in English oral and writing

Strong skill on MS office products.

Service oriented mind set and team player

Self-motivated and can work independently with minimal supervision

Could work with tight timeline and under pressure.

Knowledge on ERP products is plus
