Report to: Tool Eng. and Program Manager


Major Job Responsibilities:

Attend the tool launch meeting and review with customer to define the tool layout and structure
Tooling design, modification, making and mechanical assembly for assigned project. Develop and optimize efficient manufacturing process
Play an important role in new tool introduction and cost control
Customer interface on technical related issue, participate in project technical conference call and provide update to core team
? Participate in try out process optimization

? Design Guide and optimizing tool design

Major Job Qualifications：

? University level degree in mechanical & tooling design engineering

Over 8 years injection model design experience
Skilled in using CAD software such as UG, AutoCAD etc
Experience in mold design for connector will be preferable
Good command of spoken and written in English
? Good communication skills
