岗位职责:
The Role
? Provide overall leadership on a strategic and tactical level for China Power and Pro Tools
businesses totaling $50 MM in revenue:
? Multiple leading brands in industrial, professional, and consumer channels
? Sell into automotive, aerospace, and general industry accounts, integrators, retailers, and
distributors
? Drive growth and technical solutions
? The Power & Pro Tools business in China. – GROWTH in both Power and Professional Tools through
VOC and Value Selling.
Key Responsibilities
? Define regional strategy and tie to global strategies in complex multi-brand, multi-channel
markets.
? Drive significant growth in all segments of MVI, Aero, GI and Electronics
? Leverage VOC, automation systems, product innovation, and channels to drive profitable
sales growth.
? Drive lean and stretch goal culture thru Kaizen, Growth Tools, Policy Deployment and
Root Cause Countermeasure
? Manage upward communications monthly (forecasts, profit plan, president’s letters, etc.)
? Build a high-performance team by developing annual organization review and talent plan
Background and Skills
? Must be Chinese National, with track record of building strong relationships within
industrial markets such as MVI, Aero, GI, and Electronics.
? Commercial experience (i.e., strategic marketing skills and major industrial account
management skills) in global industrial/consumer durables companies, known for
excellence in brand management and technology leadership.
? Candidates must come from a culture that operates with stretch goals and root cause /
countermeasure, and be able to drive Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation.
? Reputation for creating, communicating, and achieving stretch goals.
? Evidence in driving significant core sales and order growth within region.
? Evidence of recruiting and building strong teams – examples of developing teams or
making talent changes to succeed in a stretch culture.
? Unafraid and direct in confronting issues and solving problems diplomatically.
? Thrives in a pay-for-performance culture; adept at rewarding outstanding efforts
? Likely candidates will have had P&L leadership roles in $X to $Y million businesses which
are complex and in related market spaces.
